Everyone has heard of Amazon and eBay (the latter famous for its bidding option), but they are not the only online marketplace stores.

In this post, we share with you some other marketplaces with a wide variety of goods, sometimes not found on Amazon.

Etsy – “for unique and creative goods”. They focus on handmade or vintage items and craft supplies (e.g. jewelry, bags, clothing, home decor, toys, and art).

Newegg – leading tech-focused e-tailer in North America. Sells items including computer hardware, consumer electronics, entertainment, smart home, and gaming products.

Overstock – provides “high-quality merchandise at a great value”.  Their motto is “dream homes for all”.  They carry everything for your home from rugs and decor, storage & organization to bed & bath and kitchen. They even sell apparel, craft items, pet supplies, and sports & outdoor equipment.

Wayfair – offers more than 14 million items across home furnishing, decor, home improvements, housewares, and more.  Their departments include bed & bath, decor & pillows, storage, kitchen, baby & kids, and pet. Their products cover a wide array of styles and price points.

In addition, below are a few more for you to consider:

Houzz – focuses on interior design and decorating, as well as, home improvement

Jet – Target’s marketplace platform

Rakuten – previously known as Buy.com, offers cashback by buying from your favorite merchants through their site by sharing the profits of its affiliate program participation (we plan to cover this in more detail in a future newsletter)
